SOCIAL INNOVATION CIC — COMPLETE WEBSITE AND SECURITY BRIEF
Prevention Is the Cure

1. Purpose
Bring Social Innovation CIC, NeuroPathway, Safe Space and Small Steps into a coherent ecosystem. Use lived experience to drive prevention, digital inclusion and responsible co-design.
2. Company identity
Use Social Innovation CIC, company number 17366103, and the original incorporation certificate. Verify the registered office and legal name against the filed documents before public launch. Do not invent addresses or registrations. Draft articles must remain labelled draft.
3. CIC brand
Use the original CIC logo, blue, teal and white, clear navigation and readable pages.
4. Project brands
Use original NeuroPathway and Safe Space logos with navy and gold. Request missing assets; do not create substitute logos.
5. Accessibility
Use plain English, short paragraphs, descriptive headings, left-aligned text, generous line spacing and readable sans-serif fonts. Support keyboard navigation, visible focus, accessible labels, contrast, mobile screens and 200% zoom. Test towards WCAG 2.2 AA; do not claim certification.
6. Founder story
Describe Tanja Hanson's lived experience of gaps across health, education and social care, and the wish to help before crisis. Publish only approved wording; protect relatives' identities and sensitive details.
7. NeuroPathway showcase
Explain record need, try support, review outcomes and organise traceable evidence. Distinguish planned capabilities from tested features. Use exact approved poems with attribution and confirmed publication rights; never fabricate poems. Show tanjahanson.neuropathway@zohomail.eu.
8. Safe Space showcase
Describe age-appropriate reflection, wellbeing and trusted-adult support. Include safeguarding and crisis signposting. Do not describe it as a diagnostic or emergency service. Show tanjahanson.neuropathway@zohomail.eu.
9. Small Steps
Offer confidence building and modern computer skills made easy, including basic AI use, practical computer tasks and accessible 30-minute online learning. Link the supplied Week 1 presentation and a Register Interest route. Do not invent dates or availability.
10. Modern Social Entrepreneur
Connect confidence, lived experience, computer basics and responsible AI with practical enterprise learning. Clearly distinguish programme enquiries from confirmed bookings.
11. Registration
Use a minimal enquiry form with name, contact email, programme and brief message. Explain storage and follow-up, avoid clinical data, provide errors and confirmation, and keep marketing opt-in separate if introduced.
12. Privacy and cookies
Verify controller identity, lawful bases, processors, transfers, retention, security, rights and ICO complaint route against actual processing. Publish approved notices only. Audit cookies; do not enable non-essential tracking without applicable consent.
13. Safeguarding
Use approved policy and named safeguarding lead Tanja Hanson at tanja.socialinnovationcic@zohomail.eu. Define reporting, escalation, moderation, response arrangements and limits. Do not imply continuous monitoring. Emergency danger: 999.
14. Subject access and redaction
Follow current ICO guidance: recognise requests, verify identity proportionately, log deadlines, normally respond within one month and explain lawful extensions or pauses. Consider children's own rights and best interests. Review third-party information and exemptions, securely disclose, log decisions and verify redaction removes underlying data. Never publish real subject access reports.
15. Security
Use NCSC secure online service guidance and current Cyber Essentials Plus benchmarks. Enforce access checks, secure sessions, input validation, request size limits, abuse protection, dependency updates and security headers. Verify backups, restore tests, monitoring, incident response, MFA and infrastructure controls with the host. Keep credentials out of source. Do not claim highest security, clinical approval or certification without evidence.
16. Innovation Hub and enquiries
Your Experience. Your Ideas. Our Shared Innovation.
Every innovation begins with identifying a problem. Bring lived experience, communities and innovators together to explore solutions, signpost relevant support and co-design with people who need help producing their innovations. Use tanja.socialinnovationcic@zohomail.eu. Explain who reviews ideas and how follow-up works without inventing deadlines.
17. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Ask for a non-confidential outline initially. Submission alone does not assign ownership, provide an NDA or guarantee funding. Agree ownership, credit, access, confidentiality and permission to share in writing before detailed co-design. Do not publicly display submissions automatically.
18. QR poster and release checks
Generate a QR code for the confirmed public CIC landing page where visitors can choose Register Interest. Never embed login tokens or auto-login. Include readable destination and test scanning. Before public launch verify company details, original logos, poems, approved policies, safeguarding arrangements, forms, accessibility, security controls and the site's audience. Keep an explicit record of outstanding checks. Neither this prompt nor the website constitutes proof of compliance.

QR code and poster

The code opens the website. It never logs someone in. The current site is private: confirm public access before distributing a poster.

Before public launch

Original NeuroPathway and Safe Space logos, approved policies, the registered office address and exact poems still need to be supplied or verified. Security and safeguarding arrangements require operational review. This site does not claim clinical approval, Cyber Essentials certification or full legal compliance.

Use ICO subject access guidance, NCSC secure service guidance and Cyber Essentials as review references.
